1. The hiring week runs from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed. Entry is any time after 16.00 hrs You are asked to vacate the property by 10.00 hrs on the day of departure, to allow cleaning time for the next tenants.
2. You are obliged to leave the property in a clean and tidy contition (fair wear and tear accepted).
3. You are responsible for any loss or damage during the stay. Please report this before leaving.
4. Payment:
   A deposit of £50 per property per week is required to secure the booking. This is non- refundable.
   The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.

5. Payment by bank transfer are accepted. Please ask for details.
6. All correspondence will be acknowledged.
7. A no smoking policy in the properties will be introduced for bookings accepted from 18th October 2009.
8. Pets are welcome by arrangement. £10 per pet. Please do not leave your pets in the property on their own, they must be house trained and not allowed on the furniture. Please clean up after your pets in the garden area.
9. Once a booking has been made and accepted a legally binding contract is entered into and the tenant will be liable for payment of the full rent. If the booking is cancelled every effort will be made to re-let for the period. If successful 10% of the rent will be kept together with any special advertising expenses. The remaining balance will be refunded. Insurance against cancellation is strongly advised.
10. No sub-letting will be allowed and numbers must not exceed the numbers agreed.
11. A good house keeping deposit of £100 is required for Christmas or New Year weeks.
12. Bookings can be made by telephone or by completing the booking form page and submitting it.
